  • If your dates do not agree or respect your stated boundaries-LEAVE

  • Make very clear your choices about sex

  • Say, "NO," when you mean, "NO"
  • Say, "YES," when you mean, "YES"
  • Take responsibility for whatever choices you make
  • Place YOUR safety and desires first
  • It is never okay for someone to force himself or herself on you, even if you are in a relationship with them!
  • It is never acceptable, under any circumstances, to use force


Haven's Sexual Assault Team provides Advocacy for post-rape victims on site at medical treatment facilities. They advocate a victim's right to choose forensic examinations, STD and HIV testing, pregnancy intervention treatment, shelter care, and post-assault counseling.

We are here to provide information, answer questions, and offer options. Confidential individual and group counseling are available for victims, families and friends.
Our goal is to promote healing and to prevent continued sexual abuse.

ALL services are FREE OF CHARGE, for females, males, adults, children, and teens.
Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
